Account & Billing

ESSENTIAL, PRO , ENTERPRISE : Currently, we offer 3 tiers of service. Ideal user has selected PRO feature as it has many more features for small business. However custom pricing are provided based on customer's revenue and requirements

ESSENTIAL : If the revenue is less Less than $100K, this plan will provide users' basic financial details(every 15th of the month) of their business. As revenue increases user will be required to switch to next available subscription plan.

Depends : If you are existing client, monthly plans will work accordingy to your requirement of business. If you are new client, we will need to charge catch up work project, then we will enroll you to monthly subscription plan.

1st of every month : If you are potential new client, payment is due prior of starting a service. If you are a monthly recurring client, payment is due on the 1st of every month. If you have a special clean up project, a retainer is due to begin work and it is generally charged on an hourly or based on project.

ACH, Money Order, Checks : ACH(Bank to Bank), MoneyOrder or Checks are also accepted form of payments. Manual payments will be required to recieve prior of 1st of the month. Late fees or insufficient funds fees may apply if the manual payment has arrived prior of due date.

Bookkeeper vs Accountant : In general understanding, Bookkeepers are designed to provide an indepth financial knowledge of businesses, so business owners can take appropriate financial decisions of their business prior of unexpected circumstances. Accountants are designed to provide a service of ensuring that financial records have been processed correctly accordance to the tax law.

Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Tableau. For small business, we support our custom made Microsoft office platform. For enterprise request, we support Quicksight,PowerBi, and Tableau software to utilize your need. For additional question please contact support.

Email ,Online Read-Only Access, Custom Downloads(Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive) : There are several ways that you can transfer data and materials to us and we will provide you additional training to ease up the proccess. You can also use regular gmail to send us receipts. Many clients find that it’s easier to provide us read-only access to their online bank statements and credit-card statements. Additionally, if they want very detailed books that show everything purchased, sending us their receipts is best. However, if they just want categories tracked and are less interested in the individual details, then the online banking system works well.

Yes! : We work with CPA firms all over the United States,Canada, United Kingdom. We will ready the books for your assigned CPA. Additional Charges may apply based on your subscription selection.

Yes! : It will help us determine your need of your business where we will need to collect info about your company. The level of activity and the services needed differ on every client. This form asks all the essential questions and we keep the information on file to refer to later.

We value our customers, so we take their privacy and security very seriously! :

  2. Customer's data is only accessed to the authorized internal users to provide dedicated support.
  3. If agreement between company and customer has ended, company will return entire file/docs, or it will salvage any old records after the agreement has expired.
